👉 Job Description
‼To Read and understand machine manuals for proper run of the machine.
‼ To clean and lubricate the machine before starting.
‼ To read and understand the Job Card and set the machine parameters based on the given job.
‼ Should have in depth knowledge of Raw material mixing. Mixing to be done a s per job card.
‼ To Produce optimum production with due respect to quality and ensure the production waste is minimum as possible.
‼ Frequently check the size, thickness, strength, seal ability, colour and treatment in case of printed jobs. Ensure no rejected material is moving on to next stage of production or to customers.
‼ Ensure proper labelling & packing as per given Job card.
‼ If the assistant is given, ensure he is doing his job correctly on labelling and packing etc.
‼ To maintain proper record of Production, waste and run hours.
